Since over 20 years, VisioCablePro® has specialized in highly accurate and user-friendly offline measuring devices for cable, hose and tube cross sections in combination with cable sample preparation devices for a perfectly parallel and smooth sample.

iiM AG will present its star products: the measuring devices VCPX5 and AlphaOne as well as the Cable-O-Ring cutters ORC80, ORC VC65 and ORC Micro.
The primary goal of VCPX5, AlphaOne and their suitable measuring software VELOX is standard-compliant measurement of the geometries of insulating jackets and cable sheathing in just a few extremely straightforward steps. In combination with the VELOX software, the proven VCPX5 can be used both in the laboratory and directly in cable production. The compact AlphaOne is especially designed for use in a production line.
VELOX includes the ability to measure customer-specific special geometries. The software also calculates other important characteristics, such as the volume and overconsumption of the material used. For cable manufacturers, these features are a big advantage when it comes to material savings.
All in all, the precise cable measurements are not influenced by the operator and are in accordance with standards such as IEC 60811.
Cable measuring device VCPX5
With a complete measuring range from 0 – 130 mm, a resolution of up to 2 μm as well as a very easy operation without any necessary lens or illumination settings, the device meets the requirements of cable manufacturers from all around the world. Due to the excellent accuracy and repeatability, easy operation as well as the reasonable price, you are able to reduce costs immediately.

O-Ring Cutter ORC VC65
With the O-Ring Cutter VC65 it is really easy and quick to cut sample slices with an outer diameter from 1 to 65 mm (<2.56"). The samples are optimally prepared for measurements in off-line cable measuring devices.
The Cutting Device ORC VC65 prepares your cable samples optimally for qualitative measurements in offline cable measuring instruments.
