Blue Power Casting Systems GmbH is a sister company of Indutherm Erwärmungsanlagen GmbH with a long years‘ expertise in the development and production of casting and powder production systems. Our customers are supported by sales and service partners in more than 60 countries and our machines are in use in more than 100 countries. Our machine design and process expertise is based on our participation in more than 40 national and international research projects.

Vacuum Overpressue Casting Machines
Different casting machine solutions for vacuum pressure casting, suitable for a wide range of applications. Our VC series machines (stopper rod principle) range from small to very large capacities (crucible volumes of up to 25 liters), from semi-automatic systems to fully automated casting production solutions. Many special features allow you to optimize each casting according to its individual characteristics.
While the VTC series (tilt casting systems) was originally designed as a high-temperature casting machine for casting steel, palladium, platinum etc. (max. 2,100°C), large molds also make it suitable for economically producing castings in aluminium, copper, gold, silver and other materials.
Our MTC series vacuum pressure casting machines (tilt casting systems) are especially designed for high-melting alloys such as steel or platinum. Temp. up to max. 2,100 °C.
The compact MC-series vacuum pressure casting machines are mostly used in R&D, and as well as for the casting of very small parts. Temp. up to max. 2,000 °C.
Vacuum Continuous Casting Machines
With our BluePower Continuous Casting Machines, you can produce your own alloys or semi-finished products in different shapes and sizes in the shortest time:
- Wires, bars or tubes up to ø 90 mm
- Sheets up to 140 x 50mm
- Granules and flakes
To reduce the risk of oxidation during melting and during drawing, we focus on avoiding oxygen contact and on fast reduction of the temperature of the drawn material.
Powder Atomisation Plants
More than 10 years ago we started to develop and produce machine solutions for the metal powder production and processing industry, e.g., Gas Atomisers for the production of spherical metal powder in small to medium size batches (1.5-25 l crucible volume) and Air Classifiers for the precise separation of metal powders.
In addition to the existing Gas Atomiser Solutions, BluePower has launched Water Atomiser and Ultra-Sonic Atomiser solutions to meet basically all the requirements for different powder properties and applications.
The vision of Blue Power is to make the metal powder production and processing technology accessible for everybody. Therefore, we have developed different machine solutions which can be customized according to the unique needs of each customer.
AC series Air Classifiers: 1- or 2-stage air classifier systems for the precise separation of metal powders The AC Series air classifiers are designed to precisely separate metal powders into fine and coarse powder fractions, especially in the range < 25 µm, where conventional screening technologies fail.
Melting Furnaces
With the MU/MUV series Melting Units and the TF series Tilting Furnaces we offer melting machines for a wide range of needs, with crucible capacities from 155 ccm up to 28,000 ccm. The material is melted in open crucibles and poured into the casting or ingot mold by hand.
Melting Units MU Series
These furnaces are designed for melting gold and silver alloys and aluminum, bronze, and brass. Due to the powerful induction generator (15 kW) and the low induction frequency, the stirring effect of the metal is excellent. They can be equipped with one or two vacuum chambers.
Tilting Furnaces TF Series
The TF machines have been designed with a focus on low energy consumption and safe, ergonomic handling. The smaller versions are tilted by a lever, the larger versions TF 6000, TF 12000 and TF 28000 are tilted by a high-torque motor drive. Using a joystick allows easy and sensitive control of the tilting process.
